  • Coaches are responsible for checking each other's team in at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to kick off, following SCYS new check-in procedure.
  • Teams must have their NL Playoff Roster accessible physically, or digitally (click either for instructions on how to access). Physical rosters that do not include player photos must be accompanied by player cards.
  • The referee must be provided access to the physical or digital roster (via QR code on digital check in assistant) prior to kick off.
  • Referees are responsible for player equipment checks.
  • Jersey numbers should match the numbers on the roster. Any discrepancies must be disclosed to the referee and opposing coach at check in so that players can be correctly identified throughout the match.
  • No duplicate numbers are permitted.

If you play the game then you accept the results. Issues must be addressed BEFORE KICK OFF. Contact Hans Pauling on (803) 600-0064 for issues that fall outside the scope of rules.
